Prior to Driver Matic, all drivers had to be installed differently and required significant user involvement. The drives are all OEM that they sell and for firmware updates you have to go to the computer manufacturer you bought it from.
But not one single version update from Dell. But after a while he jumps on cpu and starts loading windows from pc. If your driver isn't working, use the driver having the same OEM with the your laptop/desktop brand name.
