iain t I went to the RealTek link you provided above and downloaded the zip file to my desktop. About half way through the pc blue screened and rebooted, so I have a feeling that the driver may be incorrect, I guess. it is corrupt as well as the documentation iso. I've searched both the Gateway site and the MPC site to no avail. My employer uses both E-4000 and E-4100 computers. Just in case, like mine because of the Audio Codecs being Already installed & isn't one of the Device choices listed, just use the "Sound, Video & Game Controllers" device instead

Have been able to scope out all the drivers EXCEPT for the audio. However, it might will be time consuming to download each driver file individually. Could you please check that file and tell me what software was used to compress it. No HD's or RAM.
